Geographic scope: We operate from the Netherlands. Refunds apply to orders delivered within the European Union.
Product topic: We sell dietary supplements (food supplements). This refund policy applies to those products.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive. Products must be unopened and in original packaging for a full refund.
3. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
4. How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@plyxaronvap.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
6. Exceptions
Opened or used products may not qualify for a full refund. Perishable items are non-returnable once opened.
